Bank Holiday Monday 30th May - Tom Jones by the Bristol Old Victoria Theatre School

The Bristol Old Vic Theatre - Tom Jones - For ONE night only - 7pm. A comic masterpiece, Tom Jones is deservedly a classic in English literature. Sheer fun and bursting with bawdy scenes, its a feast from beginning to end. Expelled from Mr Allworthys country estate for his wild temper and sexual conquests, the good hearted foundling Tom Jones loses his money, joins the army, and pursues his beloved accross Britain to London, where he becomes a kept lover... Our heroes actions were, in 1749, as shocking as they are funny today. Catch the Bristol Old Vic Theatre Schools West County tour in one of Wiltshires most idylic locations.

Tickets £15 adults, £12 concessions, £10 for season ticket holders. Ticket price includes admission to the gardens on the day of the performance. Picnics encouraged after 5.30pm on the day of the performance, please bring your own pop up seating.

This is an outdoor performance and will go ahead in all but the worse weather conditions, at the directors discretion the show can be moved under cover in the Belvedere. Contact us to buy tickets and further information
